Verify it yourself
Nothing on this site needs to be taken on trust. The ledger is public. Here is how to read it.
The five-minute check
1. Open the treasury on Solscan, using the first link in the box below.
2. Choose the "Transfers" tab. Every purchase and every payout is listed.
3. Scroll to August 13, 2026. That is the last day of regular payouts.
4. Look at what has left the account since then. Compare it with the payout dates on What the operator said.
No account is needed. Solscan is a free public explorer for Solana. Etherscan and Arbiscan do the same job for Ethereum and Arbitrum.
A warning about look-alike addresses
Spam bots create addresses that copy the first and last characters of real ones. They send zero-value transfers so the fake shows up in a history. Always compare the whole address, not just the ends.
The operator accounts on Solana
Each account here was created or funded by another account on the list. The first one created the treasury. Its own first funds came from a Binance withdrawal.

The Telegram record
Quotes on this site come from the public group TokenOS AI. Each one is given with its date, time and message number. The links open for anyone who has joined the group.
The record used here was captured through September 18, 2026. Every message was saved with its number and its timestamp. Each quote on this site was checked against that capture, word for word.
Group admins can delete messages. If a link here stops working, the message was deleted after it was captured. The quote still stands. Telegram numbers messages in order, so a deleted message leaves a gap. A deletion can be seen and dated. If a quoted message is deleted, this site will say so, with the date.
The state order
The 2012 order is on the Washington State website. The links are on The 2012 order.
