Who runs TokenOS
Two men appear on the record. One is the public face. The other lists himself as technology and security chief.
Tyler R. Gonty, also known as Tyler Ray and Ty Gonty
Tyler R. Gonty lives in Kingston, in Kitsap County, Washington. In crypto circles he uses the name Tyler Ray. Press posts from his earlier company in 2008 call him "HellHouse CEO Ty Gonty." His X account, @DeFi_Tyler, describes him as "Founder: TokenOS.ai."
He is listed as a Managing Partner of a crypto marketing agency, DeFiMarketing. The agency's team page credits him with "over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management." The agency publishes a Seattle office address at 601 Union Street.
Washington State has dealt with him before. In 2012 its securities regulator entered a final order against Tyler Gonty. The order covered an earlier investment offering. The details are on The 2012 order.

Christopher Kuntz
Christopher Kuntz lives in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. His LinkedIn profile carries the site's identity-verification badge.
On that profile he gives his title at TokenOS.ai as "Chief Technology & Information Security Officer." He dates it from March 2025 to the present.
He describes the job in his own words. He says he leads "technology, infrastructure, and security for TokenOS.ai." He says he owns "settlement/payment-flow review." He says he builds the "Rust/Anchor smart contracts" on Solana. He says he handles "investor-facing technical/security communication."
His profile also shows a Managing Partner role at DeFiMarketing, from April 2021 to July 2022. The agency's team page still shows him beside Tyler Ray. It notes his "12 years with Canadian Pacific Railway."
Kuntz also runs a personal site, cpk.solutions. Its About page states: "No conflicts of interest. No products to sell." TokenOS is not named anywhere on it.

The account that links Kuntz's earlier project to TokenOS money
SatoshiChain is on the profile too. Kuntz gives his role there as founding partner. The entry reads: "Implemented and audited Solidity smart contracts for staking, bridging, and system-level functionality."
A press release dated March 9, 2023 announced SatoshiChain's launch for June 1, 2023. It quotes "Christopher Kuntz, a co-founder of SatoshiChain." It names no one else.
On June 1, 2023, the SatoshiChain bridge contract went live on Ethereum. Each user crossing paid a small fee. The contract sent 115 of those fees to one account. They were the first money that account ever received.
This site calls that account the reserve account. The ledger shows what it did later:
- It received about $1.5 million that had been moved off the TokenOS treasury side.
- It moved about $1.6 million into a leveraged trading account, and about $1.2 million back out.
- It sent money back to the TokenOS treasury three times in 2026.
- It funded an account that sold ETH for cash on a peer-to-peer exchange.
- In early September 2026 it paid about $8,800 to the TokenOS weekly payment account. It paid $40,000 to one depositor.
Two people, one Telegram account
TokenOS speaks in its Telegram group through one official account. More than one person posts through it. The account has said so.
Full disclosure, that wasn't me. Its the Canadian who has to deal with jeets everywhere. He is very offended.
But yes, I'm the Canadian.
I can only answer what I have been told as I do all of the security aspects, not the daily banking/business.
CISO sets the security rules, the rest of us listen.
Just so you know, its not a shared profile, btw. It's just a Telegram group setting, for admins to speak as the official account.
Some of these posts are signed "Security Fellow." The last one matters. Each post comes from one admin's own Telegram account. Telegram's records can show which person wrote which message.
